Vibes & Chill SkyBar occupies the rooftop of The Granite Luxury Hotel in the heart of George Town — the same perch long known to visitors as Attic 23, now rebranded and relaunched with a fresh look and menu. The 360-degree panorama takes in Komtar, the surrounding heritage rooflines, and the sea beyond, and doubles as one of the most photographed sunset spots in the old town.

The kitchen serves a Western-leaning menu of steaks, seafood and pizza alongside a full cocktail, wine and spirits programme, with live band, soft music or DJ sets keeping the evening moving. It's equally suited to a sundown dinner for two or a late night out with a group.

The rooftop sits directly above the hotel's acrylic-bottomed infinity pool — one of the highest of its kind in Malaysia — so expect a striking backdrop even before the sun goes down.
