Perched on a refurbished heritage shophouse at the South Bridge Road end of Boat Quay, Southbridge is an oyster, gin and Champagne rooftop bar from the ilLido Group. The fully alfresco terrace takes in the Singapore River, Parliament House and the Marina Bay Sands skyline in one sweep, with fresh oysters from New Zealand's Coromandel Peninsula alongside craft cocktails made with small-batch spirits. Happy hour runs Monday to Thursday 5 to 8pm, and all day Sunday.
