SOLU Rooftop crowns the newly opened iSuite by Ekosistem boutique hotel in Petitenget, just off the busy Seminyak strip. It's a calmer alternative to the area's bigger beach clubs, with a low-key, elegant feel and a small pool tucked into the greenery for guests meeting a minimum spend.

The all-day menu covers breakfast through to elevated comfort food and cocktails late into the night, with steak-and-wine pairings a highlight for a date-night dinner. Ekosistem, the hotel group behind SOLU, also runs a local zero-hunger initiative, donating a share of proceeds to underprivileged Balinese communities.

Being brand new and set back from the beach, it's still relatively undiscovered by visitors, making it a quiet pick for sunset drinks or a relaxed dinner away from the crowds.
