Rimba Sky sits directly above Rimba restaurant at Ambong Pool Villas, a rainforest-fringed resort on Pantai Tengah. The rooftop opens onto uninterrupted sunset views over Pulau Tepor and the Andaman Sea, framed by the surrounding tree canopy rather than any city skyline.

Specially crafted cocktails, mocktails and champagne sundowners headline the drinks list, with a seasonal food menu for diners who want to make an evening of it. The setting is intimate rather than high-energy — think artificial turf underfoot and glass railings rather than a crowded bar scene.

Rimba Sky operates evenings only, with a later ‘Evening Indulgence’ service picking up after the dinner sitting winds down.
