Pala Restaurant & Rooftop Bar

Pala Restaurant & Rooftop Bar sits within the main gardens of The Apurva Kempinski Bali in Nusa Dua, with the ground-floor restaurant built around a long reflecting pool and live cooking stations. The second-floor rooftop bar is the more low-key half of the venue, set up for all-day lounging with friends rather than a big night out.

The kitchen leans into Indian and Indonesian cooking alongside broader international dishes, and the resort's Sunday Brunchcation, served here, is one of the better-known brunches in the Nusa Dua area. Once the sun goes down, the rooftop switches to dinner under the stars with views over the resort's tiered gardens.

Being part of the same resort as L'Atelier by Cyril Kongo one floor up, Pala works well as an earlier, mellower stop before heading to the more art-forward lounge later in the evening.
