Opened in mid-2026 on the 6th floor of National Gallery Singapore, Milli Sky Dining & Bar pairs Michelin-recognised chef LG Han's forward-looking Singaporean cuisine with cocktails from award-winning bartender Vijay Mudaliar. The rooftop setting overlooks the historic Padang and the Marina Bay skyline, serving elevated takes on local classics like chicken rice paella alongside a kaya-toast-inspired espresso martini. Golden Hour tipples run from 3 to 5.30pm, with the venue transitioning into the high-energy Milli Lounge one floor below after dark.
