A newer addition to the Singapore rooftop scene, 1-Alfaro sits on the 34th floor of Labrador Tower with 360-degree views over the sea and skyline, a little outside the central business district. It's split into rooftop restaurant La Torre, serving Emilia-Romagna-inspired dishes, and rooftop bar La Luna for cocktails and classic Negronis, making it equally suited to weekend brunch or late-night DJ sets.
